Women's Leadership Society

The United Way of Central Oklahoma’s Women’s Leadership Society unites women – their time, talents and resources – into a powerful network of individuals devoted to enhancing and strengthening the community through intergenerational opportunities. With an annual donation of $2,500 or more, these community-minded women leverage the collective power of women supporting the United Way.

The Women’s Leadership Society provides a number of educational opportunities to hear from renowned speakers and researchers on current topics relevant to central Oklahoma. In addition, the group hosts events throughout the year to better the community through the collaboration of networking and philanthropy.

A dedicated group of female philanthropists, Women’s Leadership Society’s focus is developing new leadership for the community through encouragement of intergenerational interaction and mentoring, educational opportunities and a shared vision of community engagement.

Step-Up to Women’s Leadership Society

WLS Step-Up Program members make a commitment now to reach $2,500 over a period of three years, either individually or combined with a spouse. The giving levels are flexible in year one and two and can be customized based on your preferences. In year three, we ask that you contribute the full $2,500 to help sustain our work. WLS Step-Up Program donors are recognized all three years as members of the Women’s Leadership Society, invited to exclusive WLS events, and recognized at the $2,500 giving level in the annual Leadership Giving Registry. Download the Women’s Leadership Society Step-Up Form.
