At Central Oklahoma Camp and Conference Center, the mission has always been to care for others. For many camp directors, it has been incredible to watch how the campers end up also taking care of the volunteers and staff.

The campers who attend Central Oklahoma Camp and Conference Center are used to being told no. They don’t hear that when they come to camp.

Their limits are left at the door. If they want to get to the top of the rockwall, they will.

“That gift of life that our campers are receiving is all about them having access to things they previously thought weren’t attainable to themselves,” Executive Director Jon Cunningham said.

Hearts are empowered and changed at Central Oklahoma Camp and Conference Center. And not just the campers.

Many volunteers have found their passion for life at camp.
