May 6 Disaster Response Update – Multi Agency Resource Centers Now Open

As of Sunday, May 10, two Multi Agency Resource Centers (MARC) locations have been made available for storm survivors to provide immediate assistance and long-term support. Residents will be able to meet with representatives of the agencies to learn what forms of assistance may be available to help with their recovery.

United Way of Central Oklahoma is actively staffing the South Oklahoma City location alongside the Red Cross, Catholic Charities and other area organizations. There are many gaps, and recovery is bigger than any single agency can cover. That’s why the safety net formed by United Way and our Partner Agencies is so important, especially during times of disaster.
