Every year thousands of central Oklahomans are in need of help from one of our partner agencies. From feeding the hungry to giving every child a chance to succeed to freeing people from addictions, there are many ways lives can be changed through your year-end gift.


Thanks to a generous United Way supporter, and just in time for the holidays, you have a chance to bid on an autographed jersey worn by Kevin Durant during our Silent Auction!                 


Encouraging the love of reading can certainly have a positive effect on young kids. That’s why United Way of Central Oklahoma provided a literacy event today at Kaiser Elementary School and Hayes Elementary School in Oklahoma City as part of the Successful Kids initiative.


We have a day for giving thanks. We have two for getting deals. Now, we have #GivingTuesday, a global day dedicated to giving back. On Tuesday, December 2, 2014, charities, families, businesses, community centers, and students around the world will come together for one common purpose: to celebrate generosity and to give.


“Every year, thousands of generous donors respond to the needs of our community through their support of this fundraising effort,” said Debby Hampton, President and CEO, United Way of Central Oklahoma.

Pancake Breakfast, 2014 Campaign Goal Reveal, and Movie Night
United Way of Central Oklahoma kicks off the annual 2014 United Way Campaign at 7:30 a.m. on Friday, September 5, 2014 with the annual pancake breakfast and family movie night on the baseball field at 7:30 p.m., at the Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark.

Partner Agencies invite public for first-hand look of social services programming in our community

OKLAHOMA CITY - United Way of Central Oklahoma offers an inside view of social services provided by its Partner Agencies through United Way Live Bus Tours. The option for a full or express tour introduces the public to the United Way Partner Agencies and the programs funded by United Way contributions in central Oklahoma.


Board Serve Program now taking applications through August 20.  We are looking for diverse individuals who are interested in becoming nonprofit board members.
