"We came to you homeless, and a little scared, but not once were we ever judged for our circumstances. I would have never thought that there were people who would come and pick me up when I needed a ride. Or clothe my children when they didn't have anything to wear. Bring me furniture, and help me carry it up three flights of stairs, or just to listen when I needed someone to talk to. Thank you is not enough to someone who has changed your whole life. But thank you for teaching my daughters and myself compassion for others. We truly learned by example. The girls are doing fantastic. All of the girls recently made the honor roll...
