JPMorgan Chase Awards $25,000 Grant to Expand United Way Tutoring Program

Based upon the successful outcomes of the United Way of Central Oklahoma’s tutoring program, JPMorgan Chase awarded a $25,000 grant to United Way to expand the tutoring program from serving approximately 60 second-grade students to include all the second-grade students at Kaiser Elementary.  Kaiser Elementary is a medium-sized, public elementary school located in the northwest section of Oklahoma City.

We commend our volunteer tutors and administrators for managing the successful 2011-2012 United Way tutoring program.  We are very thankful to JPMorgan Chase for their investment in our next generation of central Oklahomans. Our community will reap the benefits for many years to come!
