Community Investment
United Way of Canadian County maintains the highest level of accountability. Through the Community Investment process, our Partner Agencies are rigorously reviewed by local donors. United Way partners are held to higher standards than all other non-profits and must earn United Way funding on an annual basis. Community Investment volunteers spend approximately five months reviewing financial data, program results, goals and achievements, new funding requests as well as visiting each agency before making recommendations to our board of directors. United Way of Canadian County donors can be assured that their investments support the most effective service providers in our community.
